“Surely there is a reward for the righteous”
Psalm 58:11
To be righteous is to embody characteristics that are right. Our standard of right comes from Jesus, for we are called “to be holy as I am holy”. Plainly, to be separate from the world. Our reward for that action or choice- Jesus. I can’t say the reward for righteousness is popularity, or fame, or riches. But I do know the sure reward is Jesus Christ. No item of the earth compares with His presence. And seeing Him work in your life a priceless reward.
